1. Today I had a very productive morning.
2. I feel well today and well rested.
3. My children are healthy and doing well in school.
4. I have time (for a change) to be more involved with my family these days.
5. I am ahead of the curve with my chores.
6. I am hoping to be working the World Series…Let’s Go Rangers!!!
7. I have a very productive afternoon planned today.
8. I have realized that I have some really great close friends.
9. Super busy-ness begins soon!
10. I am vowing today to get back on my Daily 10′s and post everyday. (My goal)

Even though my study today was hard I think I managed to get it all squared away with no major issues.
I had a wonderful lunch with my friend Geoff
I want to bed early last night after a hot bath and had no problem getting up this morning at 4 AM
The inside of my car is clean and free of trash
After getting my back adjusted I feel rested and rejuvenated.
My mom was actually cool that I needed to stay late today.
One of my co-workers complimented me on the thoroughness of my study notes.
I’m ordering in for dinner tonight-I’ve earned it!
I found out last night that I have a luau to look forward to in November at the races. Suckling pig and all.
Found out last night that I will have an opportunity to make an extra $200 just in time to plan my kid’s birthday. WAHOO!!!

Got a lunch invite for Friday…Egyptian food…yummy!
I’m having lunch with my friend Geoff tomorrow :O)
I’m all caught up at work
I’m thinking about doing some traveling between 12/25 and ½ because my company will be closed.
I had my leftover fajitas from The Original for lunch and they were YUMMY!!!
I went to check out Kitty’s Critters online today and they have added many more frogs to their collection and my wish list jut got a lot bigger.
I have decided that it’s comfort food Wednesday and we are having Sloppy Joe’s and baked beans for supper.
There is still some of the fresh fruit tart that I bought yesterday in the fridge…mmmmm…dessert.
I gave all the dogs a bath tonight, which is no minor accomplishment.

1. One more study done and over with no major problems.

2. I got some serious reading done while I was in the vivarium today.

3. I have started a new book at home…Sylvia Browne “Phenomenon-Everything You Need To Know About The Paranormal” and I’m really excited about it.

4. I went to Central Market after work and picked up all the stuff to make fresh spagetti sauce for dinner tonight.

5. I found my favorite wine…and bought a bottle.

6. I heard from my Aussie friend…and he is fine…and was not on the plane that crashed in Phuket. I’m relieved.

7. The kitten keeps stealing my daughter’s Feathersword…and carrying it off in her mouth like a stick…It’s making me laugh.

8. I made it home in time to have a few minutes to myself before I have to start my “domestic” duties for the evening.

9. So far my plan to be happier with myself is working wonderfully, and I’m feeling much better.

10. My cough if finally productive and I should have all the gunk up and out in the next day or two and have my voice back. Yea!!!

1. It’s only 9:30 and I already have all my study paperwork together for the whole week.

2. I’ve sent another study to the proofer.

3. I have located daily motivational blurbs to add to the Daily 10.

4. I am looking forward to TMS in November, my friend Sahwna got hired and my other friend Lynette will be staying w/ us too. It’s gonna be a great weekend.

5. I ahve perfected my technique for remaining calm when my husband gets how he gets.

6. I have come to some conclusions with my life that I think will allow me to be a happier person. (#1 I am going to be doing what makes ME happy from now on).

7. I am leaving work early today, becasue I’m all caught up.

8. It’s 23:45 and I’m all done for the day and headed out the door.

9. I’m cooking Tuna Tetrazini for dinner…yummy!

10. I’m getting home early enough to finish the laundry.

Even though I’m not feeling well again today, I did manage to get some productive work done.
My husband cooked wonderful hamburgers for supper tonight.
I have a good job that I enjoy.
My children are happy and healthy.
I am stronger everyday as a result of positive energy.
I have regained my sense of self and can stand my ground when challenged.
I am capable of making positive changes in my life.
I have birthday dinner with my parents to look forward to tomorrow.
My life is looking better everyday.
I’m working hard to focus more on me instead of on everyone else all the time.

1. I slept in late this morning and no one gave me any crap about it.

2. Shawna and I took the kids to 6 Flags today and had a GREAT time!!!

3. After 6 Flags we all went to eat at The Original (Mexican Food) and it was sooooooooooooo incredibly good.

4. The crap in my chest is starting to break up and move out.

5. The weather today was just beautiful…perfect day for being outside.

6. All my kids were well behaved today while we were out.

7. My husband was really sweet today…took us all out to supper and even paid.

8. Thanks to Bobbie’s motivation I too have posted on a Saturday night!!!

9. My friend Shawna got hired to work out at TMS with me!!!

10. Even though I have to get the laundry done tomorrow…there’s not really that much to do so it won’t take me too long!!!

1. I woke up this morning later than normal, but didn’t have to be at work for anything early…so I slept an extra 30 minutes.

2. I got to work and got some desk time in and got some of the pile of to do off my desk.

3. My husband sent me 12 long stem red roses for my birthday…there’s a first time for everything.

4. I just looked up at my bird and she was doing the moonwalk…and it made me laugh.

5. I get to go eat at Joe T. Garcia’s for my b-day tonight!!!

6. I’m home early enough to get my daily 10 posts done and still get a nap in before everyone comes home.

7. My 3 year old daughter called me this afternoon to sing happy birthday to me, it was so sweet.

8. I got cake at work!!! Chocolate…yummy!

9. I managed to stay awake during most of the presentation in my meeting this afternoon…that’s a first for me!!! Whoot!!!

10. I have a wonderful weekend to look forward to and plenty of fun things to do.

1. Even though I got rear ended this morning on the way to work, I still managed to pull off a good day.

2. I am currently spending some quality time with the bunnies; we have the lights down, and are listening to music while we learn to sit politely in our boxes. Nice relaxing afternoon.

3. I get to hang out down here all alone with just the bunnies and no one to bother me for the next 2 hours. Did you know that they have made mood music cd’s for animals…it’s called pet music.

4. I am planning to cook a really great supper tonight, home made chicken fried rice.

5. My oldest and dearest friend posted a blog today that made me laugh out loud! All you ladies out there check out Eda’s blog she’s got it all figured out and I know she is right.

6. My headache is starting to fade now that I’ve got the lights down and the magnifying glasses off. Yeah!!!

7. My friend Sammy is getting offered a full time position with our group and that makes me happy.

8. Tomorrow I get to go and have lunch with a new friend for my birthday! I like to make new friends.

9. My friend Bobbie posted her first positives today…and my other friend Katrina has also started posting positives with us.

10. Even though I’ve had a pretty crappy day, I still managed to find more than 10 things to be positive about! That’s a LARGE improvement for me!!! Weeehaaaa!!!

11. Estreitta is doing wonderfully and continues to stay up beat!

12. Kori Lynn is getting stronger everyday and will get to come home soon.

13. My Aussie friend sent me kind words this morning and it made me smile, things will be getting better for him soon I know it.

14. I can’t stop on 13 so here’s the last one…TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY AND IT’S FRIDAY!!!

1. Even though the folks at Concerta Health Center are less than effecient…I found out this morning that my rash is gone!!!

2. I bought a really cool new book today…Sylvia Browne- Phenomenon and I’m quite excited about getting started reading it.

3. Last night I had a VERY long conversation with someone whom I haven’t spoken with in almost 20 years. IT WAS GREAT!

4. This evening on the way home from work, the little doggies that I saw this morning were still there, I stopped with the other lady who was there and we fed them and gave them water while waiting for the humane society guy to show up, before he got there some wonderful woman pulled up and took them home to live with her.

5. Even though I didn’t get home until after 8 (because of the dogs) no one was mad at me and supported my humanitarian efforts this evening.

6. I paid all my bills for the week…and for next week…and I still have some money left over.

7. My son and husband didn’t bicker tonight at the dinner table.

8. All my work is finished up for the day and my desk is clean.

9. I survived yet another training seminar at work.

10. I had a talk with the boss today, and even though she is hiring the other temp…she says that she should get another position approved before the first of the year and that one will be for me.

11. Estreitta got good news from her new doctor and things are looking much better.

12. Kori Lynn is doing wonderful and should poop soon and get to come home.
